This recipe for blueberry muffins is my favourite go to when I have a sweet craving.
It's super versatile and can be made with or without blueberries. You can substitute the blueberries with any other small fruit.
Feel free to switch the sugar for agave syrup and don't miss the tip at the bottom of the recipe sheet.
My daughter and I often bake together and this is one of her favourites.
The best part is that they freeze well and can last a couple of months in the freezer. Make sure to let them cool completely before you seal them into ziplocks.
This also makes a good breakfast and can be included in the kid's lunch boxes.
