How to make Dalgona Coffee

The latest viral trend in drinks is the Dalgona coffee. However, I remember my mother making it more than 10 years ago. It's nothing new in India, but I wanted to revisit the flavour. So here you have it!

My earliest memories of having this coffee are when I was 17 or 18 years old. In the north in India, it would get quite cold during the winters. We often had this to warm ourselves. It was also a favourite in the house during the monsoons. Nothing beats having a warm cup of coffee while hearing and watching the rain fall.

I highly recommend reducing the amount of coffee by half.

It was a bit too strong for me but my husband loved it.
