This cucumber raita or a cucumber yoghurt dip is one of the staples of any indian meal. We grow up with yogurt being such an integral part of our cuisine. A raita, or a yoghurt dip if you want to call it that is just one such example.
It is one of my favourite dishes and I often eat it without anything.
It is perfect for summer days and helps to cool down the body.
It's also refreshing and a great boost for your digestion.
I tweaked it a little bit to add coriander leaves, garlic, cumin and coriander powder.
You can also add a hint of paprika if you want, but it tastes just as good without it.
My kids love to eat this with some capsicum sticks or carrot sticks.
It's full of fibre and nourishing for the body.
You can watch the video of how I made it down below. If you don't want to watch the intro, then skip to the 5:54 minute mark.
I hope you enjoy making it.
Let me know in the comments how it turned out!
