Pumpkin soup with apple

I love this recipe for pumpkin soup with apple.

I was inspired by the German recipe for pumpkin soup.

The best part about autumn is not only the beautiful changing landscapes that burst into reds, oranges and yellows but it's also all the yummy and beautiful pumpkins.

If there is anything that epitomises autumn, it's the pumpkin and the colour orange.

My family absolutely loves this soup and it's comforting any time of the year. You can have it hot during the winters and cold like a gazpacho during the summers.

You can also freeze any extra and keep it for a rainy day.(no pun intended)
